We are up in Scotland for a few days, staying at a wonderful place called Burntisland. The photo is the view from our breakfast table. I have always had a love for Scotland, the wild scenery and the lack of people make it a lovely place to visit. I used to enjoy my trips up to Scotland when working for SSP, we had some really talented people working for us who did a great job. There was always a great atmosphere on the big Scottish stations, especially on match nights!
Sadly today we have a family funeral to attend after which we plan to do some exploring around the coast and some of the small villages around St Andrews before heading back to the North East on Saturday.
