Clear accountability

Listening to an ex colleague tell me about their business I am reminded that I have always been a big believer that you need to have one person responsible for a business. One person needs to “own” that business and everything within it and when you have a situation where there is ambiguity you have blame and blame is no use to anyone. I have always been taught that if you move from “blame” to “aim” you will achieve far more.
