It’s been a really good day, I’ve shaken off the nasty bug I acquired at the start of the week, my strategy is coming together nicely and as a team we are making some progress.
It’s going to be a busy weekend as I pull everything together and get the slide deck into shape ready for it to be “sexed up” next week. Our communications strategy is in three parts, a very simple, highly visual poster which will serve as a call to action for the outlets and the office, a presentation which will allow me to go out into the business and reach out to people and finally a very detailed pack which will serve as my teams blueprint for the coming year. My plan is to spend part of January out and about communicating my plan in a series of “on boarding” sessions although ahead of this I will have consulted all of the senior team and ensured that they have an input.
My challenge going forward so going to around implementation………..
