After a busy weekend working on my strategy and trying to avoid endless coverage of the Mandela funeral (I get that he was a great man, fully deserving of a great send off but in my opinion the coverage was over the top) I’m back in the office for a week of presentations to various colleagues as I try and gain support for my plan so hopefully by the time that I present it to my boss a week today, I will have significant buy in from the business. Well, that’s the plan!
