I’m spend in the day working on shortening my presentation in readiness for a presentation to the board at some point next week. The challenge is to ensure that I retain enough if the detail to ensure that people get a feel for what I hope to achieve over the next three years whilst at the same time making the presentation punchy and engaging……wish me luck!
I’m thankful that I am not out on the road today as poor Alex is still unwell and we were at the out of hours doctor with him late last night, we then had to get over to the late night chemist before returning home so sleep has been in short supply for his parents. He has some kind of viral infection which is making him (and by association, us) quite miserable but hopefully he will be feeling better soon.
The rest of this week will consist of time spent preparing my presentation and then a day out in the business with another of my operations team which I’m quite looking forward to.
