It’s been an interesting day, I’ve enjoyed meeting some of our people in North Wales and seen some good stuff. I spent quite a lot if time at one of our home stores where we have a cafe and came away convinced that or planned approach for this brand is the correct one.
My mantra (and the title of my medium term plan) is “giving the customer what they expect at a price they are happy to pay”
