Quick update

Spent the afternoon preparing for my upcoming presentations and doing some general admin, I finally take delivery of my new laptop on Monday which means I will be able to do more work from home which will be useful.
I am looking forward to Monday as I cannot wait to get stuck into things! We start work on the house keeping aspects of the plan next week and I am hoping that these are changes which we will be able to put into effect quickly and that by doing so we will engage more of our managers.
Also starting on Monday is the various staff incentives that we have put behind our latest set of customer offers with the aim of getting the staff motivated to give out and redeem as many vouchers as possible. It will be interesting to see how this new approach works.
