Well, about as lazy as I get! I spent some time going through my presentation notes yesterday evening and I plan to do so again today as it’s important that my presentation is both slick and concise whilst at the same time imparts all of the key information. I did try and tackle some work emails on my new laptop but it won’t connect to my work server which is not good news…….
One of the things that I have been thinking about over the weekend is how we can sample new products at the office. We have hundreds of people working at our head office in London and I am keen to get them trying our food and giving us their feedback. Doing this will also build some engagement which is no bad thing.
Other than that I am busy looking at holidays as we need to book for our summer holiday and then hopefully for a week in March. Alex is still at an age where he is a little too young for organised kiddy activities so this year we are planning to go away with both my parents and Moira’s parents which will hopefully mean that there will be enough people around to keep him entertained. At the moment his behaviour can best be described as similar to a manic squirrel on steroids as he just bounces around the house at high speed making strange noises. He appears to have inherited both my tenacity (which has always been one of my redeeming features) and my attention span (which hasn’t) which is not the best combination…….
