Food Innovation Group (part 2)

The day is going really well, loads of ideas, in fact loads of good ideas from the people in the room. Everyone got to make a sandwich for their lunch which they really enjoyed. It’s pleasing to hear that many of their ideas are things which we are planning to tackle as part of the 3 year plan which illustrates that we might well in be on the right path. Our host is interesting and engaging and it was great to hear about the latest food trends.

We are due to finish around 5pm then I am driving down to Southampton, this is obviously not the best piece of scheduling as I head back to Cheshire tomorrow.
