End of the week

It’s been a long but very rewarding week. I’m fortunate to be doing a job that I love, working for a fantastic company and working with some really good people. The drive up from Southampton has been a long one but I managed to work my way through a number of phone calls that I had been putting off. I also managed to get my laptop to connect to the internet this morning which hopefully means I can clear down some emails over the weekend. Apart from this I need to get some rest as next week is looking very hectic, I will be working my way through a number of interviews and working with my team as we count down to the new product launch in February as well as planing the launch of the new core range across our three brands.
As a team we have almost almost completed our timetable for implementation and within the next week or so I will be chairing a regular conference call which will allow each team member to update their colleagues on the progress that they have made on the projects allocated to them as part of our plan. This is key as we have done plenty of planning and now is the time to start doing!
