My mind is already in next week. Monday morning we have a session on food and my aim is to try and plan out the rest of the year with regards to changes to our food.
We have a long journey ahead of us and there are bound to be a few twists and turns!
On a different note, it has been reported that the former CEO of SSP will be joining Nandos, if this is the case then I wish him all the very best. He was a great leader and made a real difference over the years to SSP.
