We have some family stuff planned for today. Other than that my thoughts are turning to next week. The plan is to set up regular conference calls to discuss progress made on each part of the plan as it’s important to ensure that we maintain a level of intensity which will ensure that progress will be made. This week it’s all about planning the next couple of months in terms of tidying up the food ranges. We also need to plan out how we tackle upgrading our food over the coming year.
3rd of March is the go live date for a major change in the way in which the food team support the business and I will reveal more about this over the coming weeks.
On another note I see that the mother of the little boy who was killed has been arrested. It’s sad but it almost felt inevitable. Whilst I accept that three years old can get themselves dressed and leave the house I find it hard to believe that he vanished without trace just by toddling off.
