This afternoon I am due to address a group from the BHS retail management program, I really enjoy doing this kind of thing and I am looking forward to talking a little bit about my career, my current role within BHS and then answering their (hopefully straightforward) questions.
On another note, it’s fantastic to see such a huge fall in unemployment, I really do believe that the flexibility of our labour force has help jobs to be created even during the darkest days of the economic cycle. As the recovery gathers pace I am hopeful that wages will again rise above inflation.
