Achieved lots today which is always satisfying. Food wise we have a firm plan for the next couple of months and whilst there are going to be a lot of things happening we are very confident that we can hit our deadlines. With regards to food we are starting to shape the agenda for the next year and are confident that we will have managed to completely overhaul our offer by the end of this year, that’s no small achievement.
We are having some success in attracting food managers to our business which is really pleasing and I have a number of interviews next week.
We have done some good work on our brand manual and made a lot of progress in a number of other projects.
What has also been fantastic has been the support from everyone around me, I am working hard to engage and connect with people and I feel that people are responding well and that there is the beginning of genuine excitement in the business at to what we could potentially achieve.
