It’s been a fantastic day with visits to our stores in Chesterfield, Preston and Stoke. Each store is really well run by an engaged and motivated management team who are doing a fantastic job. The implementation of the trial products was spot on and the feedback from the managers and the teams was really useful.
Other than my fantastic site visits we had a great team conference call where each member of the team fed back on progress made to date on the plan. There is lots of good work going on and we are broadly where we need to be with each project.
Today has been a great day, no idea what tomorrow will bring but for the moment i am allowing myself an evening reflecting on the good things I have seen out and about.
