Up bright and early as usual, we plan to set off early to pick up the keys to the flat as we want to get the place cleaned up and the carpets washed. We won’t be bringing down beds and the sofa for a few weeks so I will be “camping” in the flat for a while.
The final act of last week was for our team’s conference call where each of us briefly talked about what we were working on and the progress made on each of the projects that we are involved with. This seems to be working well and is also a good way for everyone to keep in touch with each other.
We are now counting down to two big events, the first in early March when the food team take on the running of the cafes and restaurants in two of the regions. This gives us the opportunity to try out a number if initiatives which will focus on service, commerciality and reducing the administrative burden.
Not long after this will be our spring product launch which is of it I focus on a few key categories…..watch this space.
