Sadly my presentation to the group CEO has been cancelled, whilst this is far from ideal these things happen. We had done a lot of preparation for the meeting and we have a few calls to make to various suppliers today to rearrange things.
This gives me most of today to sort out some basic admin which has piled up, mainly due to IT issues which continue to plague me. Thankfully I am close to resolving them which is obviously good news.
The next few days are all about trying to complete the recruitment for my team as well as planning out food launches for the rest of the year. Our Spring launch in April is the next big thing on the calendar and we will be working hard over the next few weeks to ensure that we hit our deadlines.
Other than that there is a lot of work ongoing to ensure that our new way of working project that kicks off on the 3rd March really hits the ground running.
