It was a long drive up to Cheshire this evening, the wind was unreal and I ended up taking a long detour through various villages as the M6 was closed.
It’s been a good day as the food tasting went well. I had a good catch up with the consultant who is supporting us in developing the new menu and have a much clearer idea of what products we can launch for the rest of the year.
I also received the go ahead to bring some new people in which is really good news.
