Not sure why the link to Linked in goes funny, sadly when it does I get no warning other than the fact that the number of views which my blog registers drops alarmingly.
Last week was a better week all in all. I am much closer to finalising my team and we have made some progress on brining new unit manages into the business, this is something that I am really pleased about as they are going to be filling gaps in what are some key businesses for us.
We have also made some real progress on the visuals for the look and design of our new cafe concept. Without giving anything away we are going for something that looks both clean and contemporary whilst being warm and cosy. I hope to sign off on a couple of the refurbishments next week.
Food wise we are planning our April/May launches. We plan to make this a bigger launch then the previous one and we will build on the theme of fresh, natural and traditional.
Right, time to jump onto the treadmill as I have a busy weekend packing things to take to the flat in London.
