Processes Work

One of the things that I have had to put in place is a process for design sign off. I’m talking about the technical drawings rather than the visuals. We now have a process which involves all of the stake holders and which ensures that everyone gets to review the drawings at the same time. Simple stuff but not something that my team was doing previously.
