Spinning Plates

As we get into the thick of things I’m finding that there are a lot of things going on at the same time. Ensuring that projects are delivered on time is crucial and to do this I’m spending a lot of time following up on things. I have no issue delegating things but staying close to things is essential as is jumping all over things that are off track.
People going into BHS food outlets will notice that lack of offers, this is deliberate as we really want people to come to us on the basis of great food and service as this is how you build customer loyalty.
