Poor Alex is still teething which is horrible for him and not much better for us. Still, getting up this early means that I have a chance to catch up on some admin ahead of tomorrow.
We finish our pricing model early next week and will be busy consulting people across the business to get their thoughts on the proposed changes. I have always been very nervous with pricing reviews, especially given the current economic climate so we will need to work hard to get this right
