One area where we have had some success is bringing in strong people both at store and head office level. Thankfully the contacts which I have built up over the years have meant that our cost to recruit have been quite low, it’s also proved useful to be recruiting at a time when some other companies are letting people go.
Also on the agenda this coming week is getting a number of trials up and running, hot drinks is an important category for us and there will be a lot of work taking place in this area in the coming weeks.
