Busy busy

Life is becoming rather hectic with yesterday being especially crazy. We are still making progress in many areas but things feel a little ragged around the edges as we try and make progress on a number if fronts. Logic says that we should slow down the pace of change but as parts of my plan are interdependent delaying any one part of it will have financial implications.
We have set ourselves a profit target for the end of the three years which is supported by a financial road map. Each aspect of the plan has been assigned sales and profit targets which build into the final number. This means that we can track where we are versus plan on a weekly and monthly basis.
