After yesterday, which really was an upbeat kind of day I allowed myself the luxury of sleeping in until 5:15am, this makes the drive into work somewhat tricky as the A13 is always packed at Dagenham, this is partly due to sheer weight of traffic and partly because someone thought that it was a good idea to bring a three lane A road to a halt with a set of traffic lights….well done whoever you are. Today is a mixture of meetings and supplier visits, this morning we are heading over to west London to meet the guys over at the English Cheese cake factor who currently supply us with some wonderful cakes, we are looking to freshen up our range and also in our restuarants move to having people order their dessert from a menu with our staff taking their money and briging the products to the table. We are now working flat out to get ready for our next product launch which is on the 14th April.
This afternoon I am having a session with marketing to look at progress made on my strategy.
