From day one I knew that this role would have its ups and downs and is also knew that I the early days there would probably be more downs than ups!
We are starting to make progress in a number of areas although we are still behind the initial plan.
Out biggest achievement has been getting the business engaged and excited. There is a genuine belief that we can achieve our goals and I personally think that having belief in your ability to achieve your goals puts you at least a third of the way there
