Nearly the weekend

It’s been a hard few days which have been filled with various presentations. Today I talked through the details of what the next six months will look like in terms of our food plan. Our store managers seemed quite enthusiastic which is obviously pleasing but we still have a lot of work to do to win hearts and minds, what I mean by that is that as the business has been through some tough times managers have understandably been focused on saving cost, we need to change this and get them into sales driving mode as this is what is required to get us back on track. As we launch great tasting new products and really get behind them in terms of marketing collateral and sales incentives for staff I am confident that we will drive sales. Time will tell of course but the simple formula of delivering a better product in and engaging manner has never failed me yet!
