Progress?

I plan to take time out during my holiday to assess the progress made on the various parts of the plan. The last few weeks have been a long hard slog and I need to evaluate if my approach is the right one.

Things are moving but only slowly and whilst I have long since learned to possess myself with patience the last thing that I want (or in fact need) is for the pace to slow down. Next week our administrator starts which is very welcome news as my small team have really struggled over the past few weeks.
