Holiday

Later today we fly out to Spain for a weeks much needed holiday, it’s been hectic lately and it also feels like I have driven half way across the UK. On the agenda for when I return is a team meeting to review progress on our plan and assess its impact on our overall financial performance. As I mentioned in previous posts, as well as having a road map for the next three years we have out together a forecast which assesses the impact of each initiative on our overall numbers. The initial plan was quite aggressive and we have slipped behind it slightly, that said we have new members of the team joining us which will help us move things along.

We are close to finalising our food plan for the rest if the year so expect to see lots of new products over the coming months.
