Arrived at our flat a couple of hours ago after stopping at the local Carrefour to stock up on food. It’s a warm evening and it feels lovely to be out here. I love Spain and tend to avoid the touristy areas, preferring to sample the delights of traditional Spanish cooking as opposed to egg and chips……
I am slightly sad as I have cable TV and internet access in the flat and I do enjoy pooping over to the local Irish pub to watch the football. It’s a little like a home from home!
What I also enjoy about Spain is just how cheap the cost of living is out here and whilst the country is still in a bad way I can see why people would retire out here.
