After visiting Spain for seven years I have finally visited “Benni” and discovered that the various stereotypical images of the place are sadly very true. The beach was nice but as you crossed the path by the beach you had to avoid pensioners speeding along in their motobility scooters. We also walked past a large number of “English” pubs filled to the rafters with topless Brits having a few pints and showing off their burnt 24 packs. Not sure if we will be visiting this part of the world any time soon.
Still, the aim of the day was to take Alex to a marina which he really enjoyed!
