Reflecting

After a rather sleepless night (teething babies are no fun) I was up early to sort through emails and do some thinking. Taking stock as to where we are at the moment I am reasonably pleased with the situation as having put together a plan and obtained sign off and then started to put it into practice. We have started to get the business organised and simplified which will enable us to move at some pace. Frustratingly it feels like we are on the cusp of making things happen but that we haven’t as yet quite managed it!
I do have a propensity to be unduly harsh on myself so I will need to be aware of that as I continue my reflections
