We are just about to close down the flat and take a leisurely drive to Alicante where we plan to potter around and have lunch before heading over to the airport. It’s been a nice break (despite a teething baby) but I’m keen to get back to work.
We have a full team meeting in Tuesday which gives us the chance to take stock and see where we are with key projects.
Once I settle back I an to do some work on sales driving initiatives across the chain, we have some solid ideas and it’s a case of developing them and getting them launched. April is also a busy month as are test shops get ready to launch three major food initiatives, more on this over the next few weeks.
