The weekend

Busy day in the flat! I quite enjoy painting as it gives me time to reflect and I’ve got lots of things to reflect upon. Three new team members starting on Monday so most of next week will be spent ensuring that they get the best possible induction which will enable to hit the ground running. I am also going to be taking part in a number of conference calls to talk our store managers through the structure of our team.
One thing that we will be focusing on is our rest of year food plan and then dividing up the various project to ensure that we achieve our aim of revamping every category by the end of October……so lots of work to do!
