New team members

As I mentioned in previous posts I have three new team members starting today (well, that’s the plan anyway) so today is going to be somewhat hectic. We haven’t had much time to put together an induction for the but we do have something in place which we will be working through with them over the next couple of days.
This week my priority is to make as much progress as possible on the items to be included in our May launch, ahead if this we are adding a number of items to the range ahead of the school holidays which are always slightly busier for us. Also on the agenda is to finalise the list of outlets which we will refurbish next, one of the things that attracted me to the role was that there was Capitol to spend on store refurbishments which are badly needed! You can do a lot of work on food quality and service standards but if the environment is not right you really do face an uphill task to being new customers into the outlets.
