Trip to Edinburgh

I’m on the 7 am train up to Scotland this morning and it’s a trip which I have been looking forward to for a while as I feel that we have a lot of potential in Scotland to really drive our business forward. After the visit I’m going to be staying up there for a few days as a few of us are getting together to celebrate my sister in laws birthday.
Work wise yesterday was a good day, our new sandwiches appear to be selling well and are getting lots of positive comments and our new Pie is also doing pretty well. We have a long way to go but I’m really pleased that having added some quality products to our range at the right price they are selling well as this is one of the central parts if our strategy.
On the negative side I spent ages trying to get around the m25, not helped by my sat nav which took me down a rutted dirt track which was not fun! Not sure of it’s just my perception but the traffic just seems to be getting worse, at least today I’m letting the train take the strain!
