We’ve stayed up in Edinburgh for the weekend and have rented this lovely apartment in the centre of town, we plan to go exploring today although I have to confess to being a little tired as a certain baby decided to wake up at midnight and run around the house……..
Last week was a really positive week (I may well regret writing that last phrase) with the new dishes being very positively received by both our teams and our customers. from today we will be advertising our pie offer at the front of the stores so we should be driving some decent footfall into our stores.
Launching new products which are successful really is fantastic as it gives everyone a life and I cannot wait for the 6th of May when we have quite a large range of new products hitting the stores.
Our coffee trial has also started positively, its wonderful to see a traditional coffee machine in one of our cafes and to taste a cappuccino which has properly textured milk and great tasting coffee.
