It’s been a tough old week but on reflection we have made some steps forward.
The new sandwiches are selling well and are also attracting lots of positive comments. The regions where we have placed hospitality area managers are doing reasonably well. My team is now settled and raring to go and we have some great new product in the pipeline which will hopefully make a difference. What will also make a difference is the new marketing collateral which will make its debut in May.
We still face some significant challenges but I remain optimistic.
