Lazy weekend

Not done much this weekend, just a bit of overdue painting around the flat and watching reruns of the West Wing.
Next week sees us holding a planning session for our service standards workshop which we plan to roll out chain wide in a month or two. Along side this we have been working hard to find robust methods for gathering customer insights which will give us the most cost effective method of measuring customer satisfaction. I played a role in introducing the net Promotor score into my last UK role and going forward this will play a big part in how we measure how good a job we are doing with the customer.

As the months pass and I get into more detail it’s interesting to note that most of my original plan is still valid. We have a full team meeting in a few weeks to discuss our current progress to plan and agree on priorities for the next 3 months.
