Annabel Karmel and a trip to Leeds

Our range of children’s meals is supplied by Annabel Karmel who many people would know as an author and creator of kids meals, we met her yesterday and part of ongoing review of both our range and our suppliers. It was a good meeting with some interesting ideas generated which we will take on board as we look to continue work on our kids range.
Today is taken up by a trip to a supplier in Huddersfield, which is followed by a drive to our store in Leeds and then another supplier meeting before I head back down to London for a series of meetings the following day, sadly there have been some last minute changes to my schedule as my original plan was to head over to the North West which would have been far more sensible!
In between all of today’s running around I have a couple of conference calls to fit in which will be mainly spent reviewing the launch pack which went out on Tuesday. To be honest I will be glad to see the back of this particular product launch as it’s been hectic to say the least. It will also give my team a bit of a well earned chance to catch their breath as they have been working flat out over the last couple of weeks. That said they won’t have that long a pause as the next launch is just weeks away!
