It’s been a week and a half!
I took stock of where I was versus my plan earlier in the week and in doing so I realised just how much “enabling” work had been completed in the last 4 months. We are pretty much ready to push on and really drive the business. We are still working hard on improving our food and now are starting to work on working with our managers to make them more commercial.
Our next food launch is on Monday and we have another two pencilled in for this month and with each new food launch our sales will gather momentum.
