The end of the week

It’s been a hectic week with lots going on and I’m glad it’s Friday. One of the many challenges of this role (and indeed many senior roles) is being able to stay focused on the longer term whilst trying to manage a response to some of the day to day issues which crop up, there are a large number of stake holders within my business and keeping them all informed and engaged is essential.
My team’s focus has been predominantly on working on our food offer and we are close to launching a number of new ranges. At the moment our focus is very much on retaining existing customers whilst trying to attract newer customers and over the coming months we will see if that strategy works.
