This is never easy at the best of times and no matter how much science you apply to the process things sometimes go wrong. That said we have had a number of successes recently with regards to bringing people into the business who have added some real value.
Of course the ideal is to develop your own people which is something that we are making positive steps towards.
It’s raining! Whilst this isn’t great given that it’s June it’s having a very positive impact on my business so if it turns out we have our usual summer (wet and miserable) you won’t hear me complaining!
