Food Innovation Group

We hold one of these sessions every quarter with the aim of bringing a group of people from across the business together to both review progress made and to plan ahead. Today is all about autumn/winter with emphasis on Christmas. Going forward this is how we hope to plan our food launches which will happen quarterly thus giving everyone plenty of time to really execute the launch well.
Our recruitment drive for area managers is going well and hopefully we will have at least three people recruited within the next three weeks. We will also be starting a recruitment drive for unit and multi unit managers as we have a number of positions to fill across the UK.
