It’s been a productive week with some progress made on both the food front and the recruitment front. We are closer to hiring three additional regional managers which will really help us drive the business, this is why we are pushing really hard to bring people in. We are also starting to hire unit managers and multi unit managers and what is really pleasing is that the people which we have brought in are starting to make a real difference.
On the food front we are busy finalising our launch plan for the summer as we aim to hit October with a fully revised menu.
Our winter planning day went well with great contributions from some of our managers, we have a good idea as to how we will be approaching Christmas and have lots of lovely, traditional goodies in the pipeline!
