I’m off to Milton Keynes shortly for a meeting with the NPD team (all two of them!) and today’s agenda isn’t as packed as usual. We have some more work to do on main meals but for the most part our current menu development cycle is coming to a close.
I am basing myself in Milton Keynes for the whole day before driving up to Doncaster ready for my site visits tomorrow which will see me end the day I the North East before travelling back to Cheshire on Saturday.
My business reviews went well for the most part and now that the food plan is well under way my attention will start to shift to operations.
