The weekend

After a really good day yesterday I am spending most of today travelling, I’m heading over to South Wales to pick up a car.
I enjoyed the site visits yesterday, I met some lovely, committed people who have me some great ideas and lots of useful feedback. These visits are important, they give me a chance to get out and see the effect that our plans have had on the business. It was also useful to go through the numbers with the restaurant managers and gain an insight into their commercial thinking.
