It’s just gone 3am

It’s bright and early, well more like dark and early as I strive to beat the traffic down to London. Monday is always a busy day, not least because today I have a catch up planned on the status of our various food projects. Particularly key will be a review of our coffee shop food range as we have tried a number of new items, some of which have worked well and some of which hVent quite hit the spot with our customers.
Also on the agenda is further work on our “performance culture” project as well as my typing up the notes which I made when I was out and about on Thursday and Friday.
I then have a late meeting with the team from Oxford street to review their P&L and talk further about sales driving initiatives
