I woke up at 3am to the sound of the local marketing getting ready for the days trade (note to self – don’t book a hotel close to a market) and failed to get back to sleep so decided to get on and do some work…..
Today is our first full team meeting in a while and we have a packed agenda with updates on where we are to plan and a discussion on ways of working more effectively as a team.
yesterday’s vision and engagement day went really well from my perspective, people laughed at my lame jokes and didn’t complain too much when my slot ran horribly over time, oh and I left the meeting genuinely feeling that if we all work together as one team we can achieve some fantastic things.
