A mixed day

Yesterday had its highs and lows, it started well with a hassle free drive down to London and continued with a review of a decent (ish!) set of results from last week. I had a great meeting on ways of working which was in preparation for a meeting next week where we will be meeting with the merchandise teams to discuss how my team will work with them to improve the operation.
The good news continued as it now appears that we finally have a candidate for one of our larger stores which has been causing us some problems.
It was at the very end of the day that I received some really bad news, this revolves around our plans for coffee and it could potentially be a setback, we will have to wait and see.
I’m heading up to Milton Keynes this morning for a range review before getting back to the office to catch up on emails.
